Design Requirements The customers are liable for providing text, menu info, prices, logos, images and contact details or any other content that may be required accurately. We use MenuRepo for ordering food and MenuRepo is not liable for mistakes made by the customer if they provide inaccurate or incomplete info.
Simply aim for Design Approval Customers should go through the design thoroughly before approving, especially menu names, prices or anything significant such as spelling, contact info, and addresses. After the design is approved final, any additional changes may be considered as new design requests.
Revisions Depending on the service/service plan, minor revisions to original requirements may be supported. Any significant change in concept, layout, content, dimension or design direction may warrant an additional design or cost request.The final file format is specific to the chosen service. We will provide editable raw files once project is complete.
Refund requests - Once you paid, payments are generally non-refundable, we do not offer any refund.
Right to Refusal - MenuRepo reserves the right to reject design requests which are illegal, misleading, unsubstantiated or otherwise inappropriate for the service. Design Support MenuRepo may change its design-support services, fees, functionality, qualifications or terms from time to time. Any terms relevant to a specific order or request will be communicated as required.
